Love the Mount. ST Helens pictures, that was quite an eruption back in 1980.

I wasn't even born yet when that happened, hell not even my oldest sister was born until almost 2 years after it had happened. I first read about Mount St. Helens in an old "National Geographics" Magazine back in the 3rd grade over 11 years ago wile cutting out pictures fir a class collage and I was transfixed over everything, especially the amount of property damage that volcano caused. My favorite picture ever snapped about the volcanic eruption was a picture of a logging camp all flooded out with mud and ash caused by the many lahars, logs and twisted metal of log trucks were all slammed together and stacked up on top of one an other, it was a pretty graphic sight. Another favorite picture from the same magazine was seeing a log truck that was washed down stream from the same log camp and it was split in 2, the front half of it was long gone wile the back half of it remained wrapped around the base of a tree trunk.

I was a senior in high school, and thought it was way cool that a volcano only a hundred miles from me was erupting.
